BillbAce ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the mobile application.

Information we collect

Account email when you sign up; business profile, customers, invoices, and estimates you enter; device storage for offline data; optional photos you choose for a company logo or signature (including signatures drawn in the app); PDF files you download to device storage; and cloud backup snapshots when you use BillbAce Pro while signed in.

How we use information

To provide invoicing features, sync Pro cloud backups to your account, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal data.

Data storage

Primary data is stored locally on your device. Signed-in Pro users may have an encrypted snapshot stored in our cloud database for backup and restore. Free-plan data stays on the device unless you upgrade. Logo and signature images stay in your profile and appear on PDFs you generate.

Third-party services

Authentication, Pro cloud backup, and subscriptions use service providers (such as Supabase, Google sign-in, Google Play, and RevenueCat) that process data on our behalf to operate the app. Payment for Pro is processed by Google Play; we do not store card details. These providers are not advertising networks for BillbAce.

Your choices

You may export data at any time from Data freedom in the app (CSV export is a Pro feature). Logo and signature uploads are optional. To delete specific data without closing your account, see Delete data. To delete your account and cloud data, see Delete account.
